About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BA) with strong experience in gathering requirements, creating technical documentation, and driving end-to-end project execution for IT product development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully completing at least two full project lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into well-defined technical requirements. This role requires exceptional documentation skills, a deep understanding of requirement gathering processes, and the ability to act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams to ensure the delivery of scalable, efficient, and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis
– Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
– Conduct workshops, interviews, and research to understand business processes and define clear requirements.
– Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and constraints in the requirements.

Technical Documentation & Deliverables
Develop detailed Technical Requirement Documents (TRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Functional Specifications that are clear, structured, and comprehensive.
– Create workflow diagrams, use cases, wireframes, and process flows to support requirement understanding.
– Maintain version control and ensure documents are updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Execution Support
– Collaborate with development, QA, and product management teams to ensure smooth translation of requirements into deliverables.
– Support the testing team by reviewing test cases and ensuring alignment with requirements.
– Track project progress and manage change requests effectively.

Stakeholder Management
– Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and priorities.
– Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
– Facilitate conflict resolution by balancing business needs with technical feasibility.

Quality & Process Improvement
– Contribute to defining and improving business analysis processes and documentation standards.
– Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in IT product development.
– Must have completed at least two full lifecycle projects from initiation to deployment.
– Strong expertise in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
– Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive technical and business documentation.
– Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
– Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

– Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
– Knowledge of API documentation, data modeling, and integration concepts.
– Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or similar.
– Exposure to cloud-based product environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
